Fix computer problem???????
i just moved and i packed away my computer and b4 i packed it my computer was fine and worked and everything, then i get up here to michigan and unpack it and set it up and turn it on and it didnt work so i looked inside it and saw that power was running to everything but when i boot it up my computer screen shows nothing and my mouse and keyboard dont sense power?!??!?!?!?! plz help my computer is only thing keeping me sane. sorta
power not the problem cause the processor fan comes on and the fan on my vid card comes on so thats not it
Ur motherboard might be damaged. Does it POST like do u hear a beep when u turn on the computer.
Best thing to do is spend $50 on a new board and let the geek squad put it in if ur not technologically advanced.
Try checking the outlet for power.

Try and reseat all the cable and power connectors. Also on the back of the machine make sure the little red swicth shows 115 and not 230. The switch may have gotten slid during the move.

If it is a lap top and U charge it 4 2 long, the battery may have died out. How U know is if you plug it in, does it works. If it does, go buy a new battery or just use it as it is connected to the charger.
