We aim to get things right the first time, and we fix them visibly when we don't.
Our policy
- Factual errors are corrected in the article as soon as they are confirmed, with a correction note stating what was wrong and when it was fixed.
- Significant errors — anything that changes the meaning of a story — also update the article's "last updated" date so the change is visible in search results and feeds.
- Minor fixes (typos, formatting) are made without a note.
